03User Account

Your cili77 account is personal and may not be transferred to any other party. 04Deposits & Withdrawals

Cili77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods approved for Malaysian players:

The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and must not be proceeds of any unlawful activity. cili77 reserves the right to investigate and decline any deposit that raises concerns regarding its source.

Withdrawal winnings are processed within 15 to 30 minutes directly to your bank account or e-wallet. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. 06Betting Rules

All bets placed at cili77 are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your bet details are correct before confirming. cili77 does not accept cancellation or modification requests for confirmed bets, except in specific technical circumstances recognised by us.

For Sports Betting on cili77, the following rules apply:

• Bets placed on matches that have already started or concluded before the bet was locked will be considered void and refunded.

For casino games, the result displayed on screen upon completion of a round is final. Any technical issues such as internet disconnection that result in lost game outcomes will be investigated based on server logs, and the result recorded on cili77's servers shall be the recognised final outcome.
